Picture was taking 2020 February in Costa Rica I do not really know the scientific name of this bird but on Google they called yellow breasted bird so I just call it that, I felt extremely lucky to get this shot normally they don't sit on the branch too long but this one took his time giving me approximately 45 second to take the shot. Go to sleep

Beautiful picture! I just saw your comment, and I live in Brazil and we have a lot of these birds. It is called a Great kiskadee (Pitangus sulphuratus), but here we call it a bem-te-vi (good, I saw you) because of its call. Hope it helps. Love this picture!
